TOWING SERVICE: If your vehicle cannot be started or driven, you are covered up to $100 per occurrence for towing expenses.

EMERGENCY TIRE SERVICE: If your vehicle has a flat or damaged tire, you are covered up to a maximum of $100 per occurrence for service to change an inflated spare provided by you.

BATTERY SERVICE: If the battery for your vehicle fails, a reimbursement for battery jump start services will be provided up to a maximum of $100 per occurrence.

FUEL DELIVERY SERVICE: In case it is necessary for the operation of your vehicle, you are covered for the cost of a service vehicle to deliver oil, fuel, or water to you. You are responsible for the cost of the oil and fuel. In the event that local regulations prohibit the delivery of flammable materials (e.g., gas), you may have your vehicle towed to the nearest gas station, as provided under the “Towing Service” paragraph above. Coverage for Fuel Delivery services are limited to $100 per occurrence and is in excess of any additional roadside coverage.

Your contract deductible and pre-authorization requirements DO NOT APPLY to breakdown assistance reimbursement.

There is a combined $500 maximum limit for emergency road service benefits for the term of the contract.

If your vehicle requires a repair that is not covered by your contract, our Claims Adjusters will attempt to negotiate reduced auto repair costs for you.

Your Canadian Repair Shield Vehicle Service Contract provides motel and restaurant expense coverage:

• As soon as the repair estimate is received and coverage is determined
• If your vehicle becomes inoperable more than 150 kilometres from your home and must remain at the repair facility overnight as a result of an authorized mechanical breakdown or failure

You must have an authorized claim or claim that would have been authorized except for the failures having occurred during the waiting period or because the claim was denied solely based on the provisions contained in D.h or D.i. to receive trip interruption reimbursement.

$75 per day for a maximum of 3 days

The maximum benefit per occurrence is $225 and total trip interruption benefits are subject to the aggregate limit of liability for the Contract. To receive motel and restaurant reimbursement, you must supply the administrator with receipts from the providers of such services.
